NOTE: IF YOUR PACKAGE ARRIVES DAMAGED OR BROKEN YOU MUST NOTIFY US WITHIN 24HRS OF TAKING DELIVERY OF THE PARCEL OTHERWISE INSURANCE CLAIMS CANNOT BE MADE AGAINST THIS. WE WILL NOT REPLACE YOUR GOODS UNLESS YOU HAVE INFORMED US WITHIN 24HRS OF BREAKAGES.

Privacy

The use of this website and its administration is provided to you out of goodwill, if you cannot abide by and respect our requests, please refrain from using the site.

All images on this site remain the property of Sterling Laser Designs. NO images are to be used from our site without our consent under any circumstances. They remain our intellectual property and will not be  used to display on your business pages. Should you wish to advertise our product, we ask that you purchase a few select products to decorate and take images of yourself. This is in the best interest and fairness of ourselves and also all other wholesale business’s that purchase from us. Saving our images to have other business’ design/make it for you is not ok. These designs remain the property of Sterling Laser Designs only and may not be reproduced by any other person or company.

Wholesale/re-sellers must not use the wholesale option unless you are purchasing our products with the intent of re-selling them. ABN checks will be done.

We do not keep or share any payment details with third parties.

The information you provide for your account details will not be shared with third parties* and is used purely for our ordering and delivery system. Only your delivery details such as address and phone will be shared with *delivery providers.

You are entirely responsible for any and all activities which occur under your user account such as passwords and security. If you suspect your account to have been used in an unauthorised way you must contact us immediately.

Terms and Conditions

Please keep your delivery address updated at all times as this will be the address it is delivered too, not the address attached to PayPal. We will not be held accountable for you leaving the wrong address on your order.

There will be variations to products slightly to those on the website, this is due to each item being custom made especially for you. Laser cutting is the process of a design being burnt from wood(mdf) or acrylic.

Their will be variations in the colouring of the materials. There may be scorching(burn marks) on your products as this is the process of how the products are cut.

If an item is spelt incorrectly on your order for(incorrect spelling on your behalf) we will replace it at a fee incurred by you. Unless it is our fault, then we will replace it free of charge.

Refunds will not be given for “change of mind”. We will do our best to provide a replacement item, IF the problem with your product is due to our fault.

We will not replace an item because you do not like the look of it, the font or the style. This is up to you to decide correctly BEFORE ordering.

Fonts and styles may change slightly or look different to a displayed item due to us have too  shrink, stretch, resize or reposition things to make your product look “right”.

Every customised item is different as they are all designed from scratch. They will all be within the approx. same sizes etc. although may differ slightly. Only identical items(items ordered in multiples of more than 1) will look exactly the same.

Our sizing is judged by the first letter(capital). If an items states cm in height, it is likely to be cm for the remaining letters. All letters will be in proportion.

All of our items are raw, unpainted unless stated otherwise.

All orders are final and cannot be cancelled  once paid for.
LOST OR DAMAGED PARCELS

Sterling Laser Designs will not be held responsible for lost or damaged goods while in transit. Once your order has been shipped it is out of our control. However, if in the event an item is lost or damaged we will supply the customer with as much detail of the carrier as possible. The customer can then outline any correspondence in relation to questions and concerns about a missing item or damaged goods directly to the carrier. Shipping fees are non-refundable. We do pack our parcels secure to ensure no damages occur, but unfortunately this may still happen at times. The way you open your package matters also, so please take care when doing this. We aim to get parcels out to our customers as fast as possible and after they have left our warehouse, we have no control of the timeframes. Once we have booked in your order with the postage carrier you will receive an email with tracking details. When we book in your order with your chosen postage method we choose the quickest method with your carrier. But the delivery times are not always accurate and this is out of our control. Please note that if a parcel is chosen for routine customs inspection, delays of up to 3 weeks can be expected. This is a very rare occurrence and is not within our control. In the event that your account info is not kept up to date and your parcel is sent to the wrong address, we will not be held responsible. This includes your PayPal address also. We will not replace your order. If your order is sent back to us due to wrong address or if you do not contact the relevant courier/Aus post after they have attempted delivery, we will re-ship it to you at your own cost. If the parcel is not returned to us, we will NOT re-cut the order free of charge. ALL PRICES ARE SHOWN IN AUSTRALIAN DOLLARS
