Complete – We have received your order
Processing – When we are working on your order
Shipped – When your item has been dispatched.
Please note – The time scales are given by the postal companies, they are not guaranteed services. Even the overnight service is not guaranteed next day delivery. This is down to the postal company.

Sterling Laser Designs are happy to combine postage costs to keep them as low as possible. We also allow local customers to collect.
We like to be environmentally friendly as much as possible so to do this we may use reclaimed and recycled materials to pack our orders. This not only helps the environment but also helps us to keep costs down for both ourselves and our customers packaging.
Please be aware that our dispatch time relates to the time it takes from when your payment is made to your order then being made & packed, then finally dispatched with Aus. post or the courier company, depending on the size of your order. This does not mean you will receive it within the stated timescale. Once your order has been dispatched, the estimated time scales are then down to Aus. post and Parcel Couriers, we can not be held responsible for their delivery times.
Please note that we do not make any profit on postage and try to keep costs as low as possible.
In order to keep costs low, we may bulk dispatch parcels on the same day, this could result in your order being dispatched a day or two later than the currently advertised estimated dispatch time.
Keeping your address up to date
If your account information is not kept up to date and your parcel is sent to the wrong address, we will not be held responsible. We will not replace your order. If your order is sent back to us due to wrong address or you not contacting the relevant shipping department, we will re-ship it to you at your own cost. The above will apply (under returned parcels) if this occurs. You must update your address on your account BEFORE making an order not after or it will not apply to your order and we have no way of knowing you have done this.
Has your item arrived damaged?
postal services really do not understand the meaning of fragile and quite frankly, often they do not care how they treat any packages. Unfortunately, this is well beyond our control as we know your package is in perfect condition when it leaves us.
You must contact us within 24 hours of your parcel arriving and report any damage to us so we can help rectify the problem, after this we cannot help as the insurance will be void. Please contact us via email email@example.com
We reserve the right to change the way we calculate our postage at any time.
Due to postage being beyond our control customers should allow for an additional three days before raising a complaint of missing items. Then we will look into your claim and resolve any issues.
